We make your check-in as easy as possible. Your CITY LIVING LUX Account Representative will supply you with all the details and instructions for locating your apartment prior to your arrival date. We will also send you a copy of the apartment community site map to help you find the exact location of your apartment. A lock box will be left on the apartment door in case you arrive after business hours. We do everything possible to ensure you have a smooth check-in to your corporate apartment.
Yes. CITY LIVING LUX works with pet friendly properties in almost all cities we service, however there are some weight and breed restrictions depending on the location. Refundable and non-refundable pet deposits are required. Please contact us for information.
We accommodate guests a minimum stay of 30 days.
Most apartments include washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. For those apartments that do not have in-apartment laundering facilities, most of our properties have them on-site and offer dry cleaning pick up and delivery services.
Unlike hotels, our corporate apartments offer larger space and feature amenities not found in hotels such as a fully-equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer in every apartment.
Yes. Many of our guests have their monthly bills sent directly to their company. In order to do this we will ask you to have your company complete a business credit application.
